Algebra Blessett Performs In Front OF The Home Crowd At Centennial Park

Algebra Blessett was one of the guests who was apart of the Q. Parker of 112 & Friends tour that graced the stage of Wednesday Wind Down at Centennial Olympic Park.  Blessett performed her hit song “Nobody But You.”

R&B artists Ruben Studdard, Case, Wingo from Jagged Edge, & R.L. from Next also excicted the crowd with their hit songs.

Blessett’s sophomore album, Recovery made Billboard 200 charting #149.  It also charted #23 on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.

Algebra started doing background vocals, among others for R&B artists Monica and Bilal. This earned her a contract with Rowdy Records in Atlanta. She has toured with Anthony Hamilton, and collaborated with India.Arie. At a later age she learned to play the guitar, and started to do her own gigs in the Atlanta club scene. She writes her own songs.

Tall Boy had a chance to talk to Algebra about her summer plans favorite song she has recorded and how she connected with Q. Parker and performing at Centennial Olympic Park.
