Actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner attended the Harley And The Davidsons launch party at the Thunder Tower West Harley Davidson store in Atlanta GA. He spoke on his collections of bikes, his thoughts on the story of Harley Davidson and how he wants to be remembered.
Based on a true story, “Harley and the Davidsons” charts the birth of this iconic bike during a time of great social and technological change beginning at the turn of the 20th century. Walter, Arthur and Bill risked their entire fortune and livelihood to launch the budding enterprise. Each of these men faced very different challenges, but it was the motorcycle that united their dreams and ambitions. Walter, Arthur, and Bill cemented Harley-Davidson’s reputation as a builder of bikes that go anywhere, can ride hard and ignore all the rules. It’s a legacy that has endured over 100 years – and at the heart of the brand and its loyal riders.
Harley and the Davidsons premiered on Monday, September 5, with its first two-hour installment. Two additional two-hour installments aired over the next two nights, Tuesday, Sept. 6, and Wednesday, Sept. 7 on the Discovery Channel.
Warner who is a New Jersey native is also a musician, director, producer, writer and consultant. He is best known for his roles as Theo Huxtable on the long-running NBC sitcom The Cosby Show and as Malcolm McGee on the UPN sitcom Malcolm & Eddie.
