Frank Ski Returns to Radio on V-103 to Fans In Full Form

Frank Ski on his return to Atlanta radio

As legends go, Frank Ski @FRANKSKI is up there in Atlanta’s top radio community. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that he’s more than ready to fill a void he left in 2012 open after 14-years of hosting his own show “The Frank and Wanda Morning Show” alongside co-host Wanda Smith. Even though V-103 is the new home you’ll be tuning to, Frank takes time to talk about some important things in his life.

“It’s a lot of responsibility and I’m ready to take it.”

Frank has had such a richly rewarding career as a DJ, journalist, philanthropist, radio personality and public forums host over the years, it was only a matter of time before he heard the call of the microphone. So much for retiring. But he never really retired, just laid low while doing things that didn’t necessarily need broadcasting.

One of the things Frank is appreciative of are those people who took their time to invest in him, in order to get to where he got to. His unsung heroes are those you wouldn’t know about if they were walking down the street. And if he’s to be remembered, it’s for his own investment in the community. He truly does care and it’s important to be recognized as wanting to make this world better. His reflection about the return to radio is a responsibility not to be taken lightly. Although he’ll be talking to million people every day, it gives him the opportunity to have a voice.

So, yes, it is true. Frank Ski is returning to radio and Atlanta is very enriched for the experience. Stay tuned.
